Parametrized Hamiltonian simulation using quantum optimal control

چکیده

Analog quantum simulation offers a hardware-specific approach to studying dynamics, but mapping model Hamiltonian onto the available device parameters requires matching hardware dynamics. We introduce paradigm for that leverages digital decomposition techniques and optimal control perform analog simulation. validate this by constructing controls superconducting transmon emulate dynamics of an extended Bose-Hubbard model. demonstrate role time, error, pulse complexity, we explore accuracy robustness these controls. conclude discussing opportunity implementing in near-term devices.
